- 1 large baking potato
- olive oil
- seasonings (I like salt, pepper, and paprika; other good options are garlic powder and rosemary)
- Wash potato. Poke holes in skin and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Cut potato in half lengthwise and let cool.
- Cut into french fries.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes* at 350 (higher if you want them crispier), turning them over halfway through.
