Yep, Caden is going to be a big brother. I suspected a couple weeks before Christmas, took a test the Saturday before, and broke the news to the family on Christmas day. Caden knows there is a baby in my tummy but thinks everyone else has one too. Haha.
So far I've been miserable. Really bad sickness day and night even with medication. I learned my lesson though from my first pregnancy and force food and water down anyway so I don't end up dehydrated. The worst is the smells. Everything smells bad, even things that used to smell good, like popcorn and Justin's soap.
I had my first appointment Friday. I'm about 9 weeks along (I thought I was 11) and due really close to Caden's birthday. I really hope it's a girl!

That is great news!!! Congratulations :)I hope you start feeling better soon.
awww, I'm hoping you get a little girl too. Your dress is really cute by the way. And I'm sorry your peanut has been causing your body to be all sick, but happy she (or he) is healthy in there. Also that are able to take care of yourself.
Another thought - why is your ultrasound unofficial?
Congrats!! That's awesome, hope you start to feel better.
It was unofficial because it was done by my nurse/midwife in the check-up room instead of by an ultrasound technician in the ultrasound department (where I went to find out Caden's gender). She was just looking for the heartbeat.
hope you feel better - love you - can"t wait to see baby!
I'm not sure why my comment didn't save but I promise I congratulated you and said I hope you start feeling better soon! Fingers crossed for a little Justina ;)
Weird. I remember reading your first comment, Sarah! Don't know what happened to it. I've had that happen to comments I leave on other blogs too.
Um how did I miss this post?! Congratulations chica! I am so excited for you and your beautiful family!
I'm finally getting around to reading your blog again! I am so excited for the three of you! :)
